If you are feeling stressed, then take an hour out of your hectic day to do something that really helps you unwind. If you are feeling motivated, then get started on that one task you have been putting off. Checking in with yourself helps you gage where you are at mentally. It helps you determine what you can handle that day. If you are feeling overwhelmed, then take that day off to refresh and rest your mind. This is a crucial step in healing and working on your mental health.
